While I do manage several properties that are long term rentals, the majority are short-term vacation rentals with nightly pricing.
All of our vacation rentals are already priced according to their length of stay, so all prices and fees are very transparent from the get go!
We do have a few properties that are perfect for those looking to come spend the winter here in the area! All of our rentals, including those seasonal rentals, are priced on our site accordingly.
This varies by specific unit but is anywhere from 60 days in advance of your stay to 5 days in advance of your stay. Outside of the cancellation period, we are not able to offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, weather or other similar circumstances.
Most of our vacation rentals offer easy self-check-in by electronic door lock!

Included in the property management commission is emergency maintenance. This means that anything related to a guests stay and immediate needs, we take care of. From a toilet clog to a leaking shower valve to an AC issue. We have trusted partners we can call to handle these issues promptly for our guests and without stress for our owners. Owners will pay the cost of the repair itself, but our service is already included!
Our primary collection is short-term rentals of 1-7 days. We are a boutique company that specializes in 5-star vacations for our guests. For this reason, we will evaluate your property to ensure it is a great fit for our management. If you have an upgraded condo or home, you may be a great fit!
Beach, Beach, Beach! We cover St Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Redington Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, Isla Del Sol.
While rare, there can be damage done during a guest's stay. Unfortunately, this is simply the nature of the business, though we do put house rules in place to minimize risk. In certain cases, ie negligence or intentional destructiveness, we can seek reimbursement from guests for damage caused.
